The population of the United States is aging, with the Baby Boom generation entering retirement age. This large scale portion of the population will stretch government and private services as never before. Thus, the need to help members of that group in protecting their legal rights will become more and more important.
Elder Law is not a simple area of concentration. It encompasses the creation of wills and trusts, the establishment and administration of estates, employment discrimination, access to medical services and health-care related matters, insurance issues, Social Security litigation, and grandparent rights issues.
This area of law is certain to be one of the fastest growing in the nation, and any paralegal specializing in Elder Law may well be in great demand!
Please note that course work will begin after financing enrollment and 1st month’s payment are complete.
