Constance is an alumna of the Encore Transition Pilot Program. She began her professional life working as an academic librarian first at Princeton University, then at NYU. After receiving a paralegal certificate and working for one year in that capacity, Connie went to law school and spent the balance of her professional career as an in-house employment lawyer, first with the German-based electrical engineering multinational Siemens AG and, for twenty two years, with The Bank of New York/BNY Mellon. As part of her Encore transition, she currently serves as assistant to the Director of Volunteer Services at the Morgan Library & Museum and was for several years Project Manager and member of the Board of her Midtown Manhattan Block Association.
