HR Departments have been beset by constantly needing to shift and react since February of 2020. As workers begin to return, the goal of safely returning to the office is being led by the leaders of many organizations with a strong partnership with Human Resources.
This course helps to identify areas of opportunity when developing the policies, procedures and responsibilities for employees to return and stay safe.
Covid-19 upended many workplaces but with the new return to the office there is an opportunity to revisit corporate policies related to sick leave and work from home among many others. In particular an opportunity exists to help change corporate culture so that the potential for a negative perception around sick time is removed.
This course will help HR professionals to design and implement various policies as well as discuss current and potential trends as existing law and regulations change. This course will also help HR professionals to leverage what is currently known and also discuss potential options for use in different scenarios.
At the conclusion of the class students will also have information in order to help create effective policies as well as be able to confidently speak to organizational goals and priorities related to a safe and successful return to the office.
