Introductory Course: Essentials of Human Resources Management Certificate is an introductory course designed to give you a broad overview of the HR function in today’s business economy. At the end of this course, participants will receive a Pace University Certificate of Completion.

Certification Exam Prep: Certificate in Professional Human Resources Management is our flagship course on HR Management, and prepares students for the SHRM®-Certified Professional (CP) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) exams, using the most up-to-date version of the SHRM® Learning System. Students will receive a Certificate of Professional HR Management from Pace University upon completion of this course.

*Note: Pace University is not a testing site. The SHRM-CM and SCP exams, which confer the CP and SCP certifications, must be registered for separately at www.SHRM.org.
