This course will help human resources professionals understand the steps needed in setting up a talent acquisition strategy for their organization. Roles and strategies for the hiring manager, HR department, and prospective candidates will all be discussed. The lifecycle of the employee as well as ways to identify, retain, and motivate high potential employees will be explored in this course. Participants will acquire skills for assessing and hiring of qualified talent. In order to engage employees effectively, organizations must develop systems and methods to track and analyze data on employee engagement. By incorporating these strategies into your organization’s policies it becomes easier to engage in succession and retention planning. Students who complete this two day course will receive a Pace University Certificate of Completion.
